SHOMREY TZEDEK MESSIANIC SYNAGOGUE
Shomrey Tzedek is a Messianic Synagogue comprised of both Jewish and non-Jewish believers in the G-d of Israel and His Messiah, Yeshua.
We seek to worship the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, recognizing that Yeshua is the Messiah of Israel, as described and foretold in the TaNaCh; in a manner consistent with Torah and traditional Jewish practice. Therefore, we observe the Mo'adim established in Torah, and normal lifecycle events found in traditional Jewish life. Our services are based on the traditional Synagogue order of service and prayers, using traditional Siddurim, while incorporating elements of Messianic music, and dance.According to the Torah, G-d’s covenants with Israel are currently in effect, and are as valid today as when originally given at Mt. Sinai. Therefore, we encourage and facilitate Jewish observance and life, within the provisions of those covenants. Non-Jewish believers, who wish to attach themselves to the Jewish community and voluntarily observe G-d’s covenants, are encouraged.Jewish continuity, identity, traditions, and values are vitally important; and are supported, taught, and practiced. Children are welcomed, included, and enjoyed at our services and functions; we have available children's Torah and Hebrew curriculums.Community and interpersonal relationships are basic elements of each person’s response to Torah and life in Messiah. Therefore, time is provided where everyone can become acquainted, and learn to function as a community.Additionally, we have a midweek Torah class and Biblical Hebrew class. On Shabbat afternoon, after an oneg, we have a weekly Parasha discussion. We love G-d, we love being His people.We invite you to come and enjoy a Shabbat with us.
